Q. What is the cost for The Mallis Handbook Technical Forum?

A. The cost for the event is $299 per person with discounts for multiple attendees from the same company. There is a separate fee of $99 for the Dinner With The Authors & Insect Photos Around The World taking place on Monday, December 5th. Registration includes group meals and educational materials.

Q. When and where will the event take place?

A. The Mallis Handbook Technical Forum will take place December 5 – 7, 2011 in Orlando, Florida at the Renaissance Orlando SeaWorld.

Q. What time does the event begin?

A. Registration begins at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 5th with the Author’s Recognition Cocktail Reception and Dinner beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Q. How can I register for the event?

A. You may register for the seminar by calling 800.456.0707 and asking to speak with a conference representative or click here to register online.

Q. How will I know my registration has been received?

A. Once your registration is processed you will receive a confirmation letter and receipt via e-mail confirming your registration.

Q. How do I pay for the registration fee?

A. Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted). Checks and money orders (made payable to GIE Media) also are accepted. All registration fees are to be paid prior to the event.

Q. Do you accept on-site registrations?

A. On-site registrations are accepted on a space available basis. Please check with a conference division representative prior to the event to confirm space availability.

Q. What is your policy on cancellations, refunds and substitutions?

A. All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or mailed — voice mails cannot be accepted. A refund minus a $20 administrative processing fee will be provided if the cancellation notice is received 5 business days in advance of the event. No refunds within 5 business days are provided. Attendees can notify the GIE Media staff at any time if another individual will attend in their place.
